Wild Child Spa Entertainment reserves the right to cancel an event and offer an alternative date. All deposit are non-refundable.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed once. We understand life happens (children become ill, family emergency, etc.). We will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date.
You will need to provide plates, napkins, forks, food (including cake/cupcakes) for your guests, including adults. We will be glad to provide food for an additional charge. Please contact us directly via email or phone if you need food provided.
In addition to spa birthday parties we also offer mini spa parties which can be booked for a 1,2, or 3 children. We also have periodic events that are open to the public, and or group events. Our Manis and Pedis are tailored for children. For example, children often have soft, sensitive skin and do not need the use of metal tools to get a great mani or pedi.
On special occasion we may allow moms to book a spa service. Please remember our services are designed for children and do not include the usage of sharp implements, blades, or other tools commonly used in adult-tailored pedicures.
Most of our products are designed to be organic. Our products tend to be paraben free, sulfate free, gluten free and cruelty free spa products. All of our products are Made In America. We use Independent Manufacturers in the USA, to provide our spa product bases and testing.
Our products are enriched with natural derived ingredients like Chamomile, Comfrey, Cucumber, Lavender, Coconut Oil, Safflower Oil, Coco Butter, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oils, Honey, Aloe Vera Leaf and Vitamin E as examples. These ingredients are designed to promote moisture and softer skin. Some of our spa products have Milk Proteins. All our spa products are TESTED ON FRIENDS NOT ANIMALS
Yes, Wild Child uses real nail polish. We DO NOT use uv gel polish or do acrylics which could cause long term damage to a child’s nail bed.
All photos taken by Wild Child Spa Entertainment during your party are solely the property of Wild Child Spa Entertainment and may possibly be used by Wild Child Spa Entertainment for advertising purposes only. If Wild Child Spa Entertainment is tagged in any photo those images may also be used on social media sites and/or the Wild Child Spa Entertainment website for advertising purposes as well.
Each event will have clean and washed towels and disinfected spa robes. All bowls are cleaned and disinfected. Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications. All services are completed with new unopened disposable tools. All nail clippers are disinfected prior to use.

Yes, we highly recommend you tip the Wild Child team for their amazing service. An automatic 15% gratuity will be added to all parties booked after Oct 4,2023.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received at time of booking.
Wild Child Spa Entertainment party pricing starts at $350 (pending party package) for 6 children (birthday child included in 6); $60 for each additional child. The maximum number of children in a spa party is 10. If wanting to include more than the maximum number of children we request you book an additional party slot to reduce your cost. There is an automatic gratuity of 18% added to all parties of more than 6 children.
Additional party add-ons are available to upgrade your party per request.

We recommend that you book well in advance. We suggest booking events at least 6-8 weeks in advance. However, we will accept bookings up to a week prior to your party if availability permits.
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards for deposits.
Final balance is due the day of your event prior to the start of your experience. Payment will be based upon your final headcount verified 3 days prior to your event. This information is important as it allows us to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of children confirmed. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate. If more then 6 children are participating there is a 18% automatic gratuity added into your payment.
We welcome Adult guest to observe your child spa party experience however please take in consideration your party room can only seat up to 15 people with minimal additional standing room. We recommend no more than 20 people total in your group. All guest are asked to stay in the party room after services on the service floor are completed.
We require the final guest count 72 hours prior to the party.
We staff prepare and set up for parties based on the final headcount so we charge for the headcount that is provided 72 hours before the party. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate.
Wild Child Spa party times vary based on package booked. Parties can lasts between an 1.5hrs to 2.5hrs. Mini services can last between 30 mins to 1.5hrs.
Guests may arrive 10 minutes prior to your event start time. Children can drop items off in their designated party room in preparation for services. Children will spend 1st hour on main floor receiving spa entertainment. Children will spend the 2nd hour in their designated party room.
Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed. Please note if the host of the party arrives late the party will be adjusted accordingly to make sure the party is completed on time. Party times will not be elongated due to tardiness of host.
We are open by appointment only on Saturday and Sunday. Parties can be booked 24/7 online. Please note if you want to tour the spa or party room an appointment is required. Spa tours are scheduled to be done only on Saturday or Sunday.
At Wild Child Spa Entertainment your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange to have it refunded or replaced. We have the right to refuse refund. We do not refund or replace product once seal is broken or product is used and opened. We do not refund custom products or custom packaging. We do not offer a refund for lost products during shipping, you must contact USPS for your refund. Refunds are done on a case by case basis. Refunds may take up to 30 days. We do not refund International Orders and are not responsible for products condition while traveling or after traveling Internationally. We do not offer refund amount of the shipping cost of the item being shipped back to us, or original shipping charge. We refund the product price only. All shipping is done by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. Product will not be shipped until payment is received. We ship 2-3day priority shipping with tracking number. Shipping schedules vary. Each spa product is sealed with proper shipping seals. We are not responsible for product replacement because of leakage or lost or stolen product during shipping.
