We are open by appointment only. All parties can be booked on any day within our hours of operations. Please note if you want to tour the spa or party room an appointment is required.
Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed.
Guests may arrive 10 minutes prior to your event start time. Children can drop items off in their designated party room in preparation for services. Children will spend 1st hour on main floor receiving spa entertainment. Children will spend the 2nd hour in their designated party room.
Wild Child Spa parties are designed to last up to 2 hours depending on what services you have booked.
We staff prepare and set up for parties based on the final headcount so we charge for the headcount that is provided 72 hours before the party. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate.
We require the final guest count 72 hours prior to the party.
We recommend no more than 6 adult guests for any party or event.
Final balance is due the day of your event prior to the start of your experience. Payment will be based upon your final headcount verified 3 days prior to your event. This information is important as it allows us to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of children confirmed. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate. If more then 6 children are participating there is a 18% automatic gratuity added into your payment.
We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards for deposits.
We recommend that you book well in advance. We suggest booking events at least 6-8 weeks in advance. However, we will accept bookings up to a week prior to your party if availability permits.
